What is Underbrushing?
Underbrushing is removing all vegetation that is 4" or smaller in radius at the stump, Briars, Vines, Dead wood etc. from a wooded area. It gives a much more maintained look to a "natural" section of your property.
Underbrushing is commonly done where wooded areas are close to a home or parks.
This is also important if trying to sell a piece of property. It allows potential buyers to easily walk any area of the property without being caught or snagged by smaller vegetation. It also makes it much easier and quicker to scan large areas of terrain. Many potential buyers will not even get out of their car if they cant walk the property easily.
