Custom Home Build, Retaining Wall, Land Clearing & More
We've been spending a lot of time in Banner Elk elevating a pad for a new commercial site and building a retaining wall along the side. Just down the road from there, we've built out the frame on a mountainside house. Closer to home, we've been busy with lots of residential demolitions and land clearings.
Demolitions: We demolished an old mobile home, house and shed to make the land ready for a fresh start and new structures.
Builds: Last month we got started on elevating a gravel pad for a commercial property in Banner Elk. This month we've been hard at work to build a concrete retaining wall along the pad. Also in Banner Elk, we constructed the framing for the lower level of a mountainside home and had a modular home placed above it. We're currently getting the surrounding property looking nice and clean.
Clearings: This month we took care of a lot clearing in Morganton and now have our feet on the ground in Valdese getting started on an eight acre clearing!
